When can I purchase optional Monograms excursions? |
You can pre-purchase your Monograms excursions as soon as you have made you're booking via your preferred travel agent. Visit the Globus family of brands portal (Australia and New Zealand only); create an account, then enter your booking number and name details. View, choose, reserve and pre-purchase the excursions you wish to participate in each city. Only credit cards are accepted. You also may choose to book and purchase your optional Monograms excursions at the start of your Monograms holiday with your Local Host, however availability may be limited. A list of optional excursions will be included in your documents for review prior to your departure. |

Do I need a passport and visa? |
When travelling outside Australia, a passport is required for Australian citizens. Some countries require a visa. If you're an Australian citizen, detailed visa information will be mailed or faxed to you after you book your Monograms independent holiday. Non-Australian citizens should consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are required. |

Why is it important that I give my name as it appears on my passport when booking air? |
Due to increased travel security around the world, it is now more important than ever that your airline ticket matches your first and last name exactly as it reads on your passport. Additionally, any changes to your air booking, which include spelling, could be subject to a change fee, penalties, or cancellation. |

When will I receive my travel documents? |
Travel documents, including any paper tickets or e-ticket itineraries and other information, are sent approximately two to three weeks prior to departure from Australia, provided full payment has been received. |

What size can my suitcase be? |
Porterage for one suitcase on tour is included in the Monograms price. We strongly recommend that this single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 76x53x28cm (30"x 21"x 11") and weight not exceeding 22 kg (50 lbs). Please note that air carriers, cruise lines and other forms of transportation may have restrictions and requirements including weight, and we recommend that you contact the suppliers directly for additional information. Some airlines are also charging fees for additional checked baggage in excess of one per passenger and these fees are not included in the vacation package. Please check with you airline directly for baggage information and regulations. Globus is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by air carriers regarding baggage. |

What is the difference between a twin-bedded room and a double room? |
A double room is a room designed to accommodate two people, though not necessarily with two separate beds. A twin-bedded room has two separate beds of any size; this is what we usually reserve for our travellers. |

What size is a triple room? |
A triple room is the same size as a twin-bedded room. It will have beds to accommodate three people; however, we cannot guarantee that there will be three separate beds. If there are only two beds, a rollaway bed may be requested but also cannot be guaranteed. |
