How old does a child have to be to travel with Monograms?

There are no age restrictions on Monograms Independent holidays. Land arrangements for infants under two are free of charge, providing parents pay hotels directly for special arrangements (e.g food, cot, etc.).

What discounts are there for children?

- On all Monograms Independent holidays, infants under two are free of charge, providing parents pay hotels directly for special arrangements (eg. Food, cot, etc.)

- On Monograms Europe, children aged 11 and under recieve a 25%  discount off the land tour price when sharing accommodation with one adult. (not including internal air).

 - On Monograms North America, children aged 11 and under recieve a 50%  discount off the land tour price when sharing accommodation with one adult. (not including internal air).

 - On Monograms  Europe and North America  holidays, children 12-17 receive a 10% discount off the land tour when sharing accommodation with two adults. (not including internal air travel)

 - On Monograms Asia holidays, children 2-17 receive a 10% discount off the land tour (not including internal air travel)

Are prices based on double occupancy?

Prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room. Single room supplements and triple room reductions are listed where available.

Will the Local Host speak English?

Yes, we only cater for the English speaking market.

Do I get discounts if I book multiple Monograms tours?

Save $150 per couple (NZ$75 per person) for every second or subsequent Monograms holiday booked in the same calendar year. The more Monograms packages you book the more you save!
Please note: Excludes any single city stays.

Have you considered pre or post tour accommodation? We offer fantastic rates hard to find elsewhere and this may enable you to select sequential tours with minimal disruption to your intended travel plans.

Do you accept travellers who require special assistance?

Any disability requiring special attention should be reported to Monograms by your travel agent at the time the reservation is made. Monograms will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled Monograms participants, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a Monograms participant for walking, dining, and getting on and off motor-coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified companion must accompany travellers who need such assistance.
